The truth is, we don't have too many pictures since we got married. I've been really slacking on taking pictures (and even taking my camera places. It used to be glued to me!) Although we have been busy with homework and cleaning and other such tasks that come with married and college life, we have done a lot of fun things lately. We went to a craw-fish boil! It was so cool! Our friend had 40 lbs of fresh (live) craw-fish flown in from Louisiana. I was so disappointed I didn't bring my camera to that! We played in IF for fourth of July with my family. Merrick and I are really good at Badminton... we definitely beat John and my dad. No competition. We've really tried to stay active and fun.
I wish I had pictures of all that we've done, but I don't, and I never will. At least, I will never have picture of the things that happened in our first two months together. But from now on, I make a vow, my camera will be with me always. I will document by word and by photo the events of our lives together.
But just so this post isn't so boring, here are some more pictures from our lives together before we were married. We are two pretty neat people.
We made a poke-ball cake. Yep. We are pretty cool. The red didn't work very well though, it ended up looking a little orange (though it stained John's mouth a nice shade of red).
This is us together with the poke-ball. There's a Bulbasaur inside of it :).
Me and John driving through the wasteland called Wyoming (no apologies to the residents of Wyoming - you live in a dump.) I was getting very bored. I know because I took the next picture not too shortly after.
I get bored very easily on these long trips. I have to work really hard to entertain myself (yep, like a little kid has to). The only thing I had that time was a book I got tired of and my makeup kit. This was the result.
